Cafe Trax
Trax debuted Café Trax at the NACDS Total Store Expo, transforming a traditional trade show booth into an experiential coffeehouse that made retail technology feel approachable, playful, and memorable.
For the San Diego conference, Trax needed a booth concept that could stand out on a busy expo floor and create a natural entry point for conversations around its On-Device Image Recognition and Shopkick by Trax solutions.
As Art Director, I led the creative direction and visual design for Café Trax, blending coffee culture with retail innovation. The experience invited attendees to “race” Trax technology against the time it took to brew their cup of coffee, turning a product demo into an interactive brand moment.

Results:
The Café Trax booth drew steady traffic throughout the conference and gained leads with retail and CPG brands including Suave, Genexa, Abbott, Energizer, Boiron, Opella, TruLabs, Cleanlogic, Kenvue, and more.
